The Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida presents annually the “CIASF Market Report” for the Industrial, Office and now Retail and Hospitality markets. Copies of the reports are available in PDF format.

Tom, Andrew, and Ed Lyden have authored the Industrial Reports since it’s inception.

The Office report was originally started in 2008 and was authored by Tom and Andrew, and presented with Debbie Colangelo of Black’s Guide Miami. Subsequent reports have been produced by fellow CIASF members with the help of Andrew Dixon.
